BAKED WHOLE CHICKEN WINGS

INGREDIENTS

– 1 lb. whole chicken wings – 1 tbsp olive oil – Salt and pepper, to taste – 1/3 tsp onion powder – 1/3 tsp garlic powder – ½ tsp Italian herbs – ½ tsp brown sugar – 1/3 tsp smoked paprika – ¼ tsp cayenne pepper

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450F. Then, in a bowl, combine salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian herbs, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.

Next, add the olive oil to the chicken wings and then coat the chicken wings with the prepared spice mixture. Then, arrange them on the baking sheet.

Bake the wings for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken skin is crispy and then serve 'em warm.
