ROTISSERIE CHICKEN ALFREDO STUFFED SHELLS

INGREDIENTS

– 2 cups rotisserie chicken – 2 cups ricotta cheese – 1/2 cup parmesan cheese – 1 tsp dried oregano – 1/2 tsp dried basil – 1 tbsp fresh parsley – 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

INGREDIENTS, CONT.

– 1/2 tsp salt – ½ tsp black pepper – ½ tsp garlic powder – 1 egg – 20 jumbo shells pasta – 2 ½ cups Alfredo sauce – 1 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese for topping

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook the pasta shells 2. Prepare the stuffing mixture in a bowl 3. Fill each shell and place on a dish with alfredo sauce 4. Top with sauce and cheese 5. Bake for 25 mins at 350F
