CHICKEN PASTIL

INGREDIENTS 

– 3 cups shredded chicken, precooked – 2 tbsp neutral oil – 1 small onion chopped – 4 garlic cloves, minced – 2 tsp grated ginger

INGREDIENTS, CONT.

– 1/3 cup soy sauce – 2 tbsp oyster sauce – 1 tsp ground black pepper – 1 tbsp brown sugar – 2 tbsp vinegar – ½ thai red chili

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Sautee the onion, ginger, and garlic in oil 2. Add the chicken and the remaining ingredients 3. Add the chili and cook for 10 mins, stirring occasionally 4. Remove the chili and serve
