ROTISSERIE CHICKEN ALFREDO

INGREDIENTS

– 12 oz fettuccine pasta – 1/2 rotisserie chicken – 6 tbsp butter – 5 garlic cloves – 4 oz cream cheese – 3 oz parmesan cheese, – 3/4 cup heavy cream – fresh parsley – Pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook the pasta al dente. Set aside 2. Cook butter and garlic over medium heat. Add cream cheese, cream, and parmesan. 3. Add chicken and mix well  4. Toss in pasta and season to taste
