– 1 cup buttermilk
– ¾ cup AP flour
– ½ cup corn starch
– 1 egg
– 1 tbsp hot sauce
– 2 large chicken breasts,
– Salt and pepper
– 1 cup panko
– 3 cups vegetable oil
– 2 tbsp parsley
1. Whisk the batter in a large bowl
2. Dip the chicken in batter then coat in panko
3. Fry the chicken in oil until golden and crispy
4. Make the sweet chili sauce and serve with chicken
