COPYCAT LONGHORN PARMESAN CRUSTED CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts – 1 cup Italian dressing – 1 packet ranch seasoning – 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce – ½ tsp salt – 1 tsp crushed black pepper – 1 tbsp butter

– 1/2 cup provolone cheese, shredded – 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated – 3 tbsp ranch dressing – 1 cup panko breadcrumbs – 4 tbsp butter (melted)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Marinate the chicken in marinade 2. Make the cheese mixture and breadcrumbs 3. Cook the chicken with butter 4. Add the cheese and breadcrumb topping 5. Broil for a few minutes
