LOLLIPOP CHICKEN LEGS

INGREDIENTS

– 8 drumsticks – Salt and pepper – ¼ cup cornstarch – ¼ cup AP flour – Vegetable Oil for frying

– 1 tbsp neutral oil – 1 shallot – 2 garlic cloves – 1 inch ginger – 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce – 1 tbsp sriracha – ¼ cup sweet chili sauce – 3 tbsp water – 1 green onion

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Trim the chicken legs into a lollipop shape 2. Season and coat the chicken in the dry mixture 3. Fry the legs in oil 4. Prepare the sauce 5. Toss the chicken in the sauce
