LOADED BURGER BOWLS

INGREDIENTS

For the Bowls: – 2 tbsp olive oil – 1 small yellow onion, diced – 1 lb ground beef – 2 russet potatoes – 2 tbsp oil – 1/2 tsp salt

– 1/3 cup mayonnaise – 2 tbsp ketchup – 1 tbsp mustard – 1 tbsp pickle juice – 1 tsp worcestershire sauce – 1/4 tsp smoked paprika – 1/4 tsp onion powder – 1/4 tsp garlic powder

INGREDIENTS, CONT.

For the salad: – 10 oz romaine lettuce, chopped – 3 roma tomatoes, diced – 1 cup pickles, sliced – 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Roast the potatoes for 40 mins at 425F 2. Cook the ground beef and onion until browned 3. Prepare the burger sauce in a small bowl 4. Assemble the burger bowls and drizzle with sauce
