IMITATION CRAB SUSHI BOWL

INGREDIENTS

– 2 cups sushi rice, cooked – 4 oz imitation crab, chopped – 2 tbsp mayonnaise – 1 tsp sriracha – ¼ cucumber, diced

INGREDIENTS, CONT.

– 1 nori sheet – ½ avocado, sliced – 2 tbsp soy sauce – 2 tbsp spring onion, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Whisk the mayo and sriracha in a small bowl 2. Divide the ingredients in two bowls. Cut the nori sheets and add them to the bowls 3. Drizzle the mayo on top and garnish
