GARLIC BUTTER TIGER SHRIMP

INGREDIENTS

– 10 pieces tiger shrimp – ½ cup butter, divided – 2 tbsp olive oil – 8 garlic cloves, minced – ½ tsp lemon zest – 2 tbsp lemon juice – 1/8 tsp Italian seasoning – 2 tbsp chopped parsley
