FRIED CHICKEN WINGS

INGREDIENTS

– 2.5lb. chicken wings – 2 cups milk – 2 eggs – 2 ½ cups flour – ½ tsp onion powder – ½ tsp garlic powder – ½ tbsp paprika – Salt and pepper

Step 1

Whisk eggs with milk and a pinch of salt. In a separate bowl, combine flour with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.

Coat the chicken with eggs and flour, then eggs and flour once more so they are double coated. Place the wings on a wire rack

Step 3

Heat 2 inches of oil in a saucepot. Fry the chicken wings until golden brown, for 8 minutes in total.
