– 2 cups flour
– 1 tbsp sugar
– 1 ½ tsp salt
– 1 ½ tsp baking powder
– ½ tsp baking soda
– ½ cup unsalted butter, freeze 1 hour before preparing
– 3/4 cup buttermilk, cold
1. Combine dry ingredients and butter
2. Mix in the buttermilk to form a dough
3. Roll out the dough and cut into rounds
4. Bake for 10-15 mins at 350F
5. Brush biscuits with melted butter
