ROTISSERIE CHICKEN STIR FRY

INGREDIENTS

– ½ cup water – 2 tbsp soy sauce – 1 tbsp granulated sugar – ½ tsp chicken bouillon  – 1  tbsp cornstarch – 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil – 2 tbsp vegetable oil

– ½ cup broccoli florets – ¼ cup red bell pepper – ½ cup zucchini – ¼ cup carrots – 1 red onion – 3 garlic cloves – ½ tbsp ginger – 1 ½ cup rotisserie chicken

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Prepare the stir fry sauce in a small bowl 2. Saute the vegetables for 2-3 minutes 3. Add garlic, ginger, and sauce. Stir everything until thick 4. Add the chicken. Toss to combine
