– 1 ½ tsp ground cumin
– 1 tsp ground coriander
– 1 tsp salt
– ½ tsp black pepper
– 4 cups chicken broth
– 1 4-oz can green chiles, drained and chopped
– ¾ cup sour cream
1. Add all of the ingredients except the sour cream to the crockpot
2. Cook everything on high for 4-6 hours
3. Stir in the sour cream and cook an additional 10-15 mins. Serve.
