CRISPY JUICY HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN WINGS

INGREDIENTS

– 2 lbs chicken wings and drumettes – Salt and pepper – 1 tsp garlic powder – 1 tsp onion powder – 1 tsp paprika – 2 tbsp corn starch – 2 tsp sesame seeds – 2 tbsp chives

INGREDIENTS FOR SAUCE 

– ½ cup chicken broth – 1/3 cup honey – ¼ cup soy sauce – 1 ½ tbsp rice vinegar – 1 tbsp sesame oil – 3 garlic cloves – ½ tbsp ginger – ¼ tsp red pepper – 1 tbsp corn starch

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Season the chicken wings  2. Add corn starch and toss so evenly coated 3. Bake the wings at 375F for 30 mins  4. Cook the glaze and brush the wings.  Return to the oven for 15 mins
