HOMEMADE BOJANGLES BISCUITS

INGREDIENTS

– 85g unsalted butter – 2 cups AP flour – 2 tbsp confectioner’s sugar – 1 tbsp baking powder – 1 tsp salt – 3/4 cups cold milk – 2 tbsp melted butter

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix the dry ingredients 2. Add grated butter and milk to form a dough 3. Roll dough out and cut pieces with a biscuit cutter 4. Bake on a lined baking sheet at 425F for 12-15 mins
