– 1.5 tbsp tomato paste
– 1 can diced tomatoes with juices
– ½ can black beans
– ½ can baked beans, with liquid
– 1/2 can corn
– 1 7-oz can chopped green chilies
– 2-3 cups beef broth
– 1 teaspoons Italian seasoning
– ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
– 1 teaspoons chili powder
– Salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste
1. Cook the meats in olive oil. Add diced onion, celery, and carrot
2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Add broth to reach desired consistency
3. Bring stew to a boil and cook for 20 mins
