ROTISSERIE CHICKEN CORN SOUP

INGREDIENTS

– 1 cup rotisserie Chicken, shredded – 2 cups chicken broth – 1 1/2 cups sweetcorn, divided into ¾ + ¾ – ¼ cup water – ¾  tsp salt – ¼ tsp MSG

INGREDIENTS, CONT.

– 1/4 tsp black pepper – ½ tsp garlic powder – 2 tbsp Cornflour – 3 tbsp water – 1 egg – 1 tbsp Soy sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine the chicken, broth, corn, and seasonings.  2. Blend the corn and water and add to the soup 3. Stir in a slurry and bring to a boil 4. Whisk in a cracked egg and add soy sauce
