For the Chicken:
– 2 chicken breast, sliced in half lengthwise (4 pieces total)
– ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
– ½ teaspoon salt
– ¼ teaspoon pepper
– 2 large eggs
– 2 Tbsp water
1. Cook the pasta
2. Bread the chicken and fry in oil for 4-5 mins until crispy
3. Combine ingredients for the sauce in a pan. Cook until thickens
4. Stir in fettuccine and add chicken
