Combine pineapple juice with ketchup, cane sugar, garlic powder, and paprika powder in a bowl. Add chicken and let them marinate in a fridge for 4 hours.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken with marinade and enough water to cover. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until the chicken is tender. Add water as needed. Season to taste with salt and pepper. remove the chicken from the heat and serve with rice.
