FOUR CHEESE PASTA (COPYCAT CHEESECAKE FACTORY RECIPE)
INGREDIENTS
– 12 oz penne
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 4 garlic cloves
– 2 tsp dried oregano
– 1 can crushed tomatoes
– 6 oz tomato paste
– ½ tsp salt
– ½ tsp black pepper
INGREDIENTS, CONT.
– ½ + 4 tbsp ricotta, whole milk
– 1/3 cup Pecorino Romano
– ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
– 1/4 cup + 4 tbsp, grated parmesan
– ¼ cup basil
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cook the pasta
2. Sautee the garlic, onion, and oregano in a skillet
3. Add the remaining ingredients to make the sauce. Stir in the cheeses
4. Add the pasta and stir so evenly combined
