EASY SALMON WELLINGTON

INGREDIENTS

– 2 6oz salmon fillets – Salt and pepper – 1 tbsp butter – 2 garlic cloves, minced – 1 shallot, chopped – ¼ cup white wine – 2 oz cream cheese

INGREDIENTS, CONT.

– 3 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained – 2 tbsp bread crumbs – 2 tbsp parmesan cheese – 1 puff pastry sheet – 1 egg for egg wash

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Prepare the spinach filling  2. Season the salmon and divide the pastry 3. Place salmon and spinach blend on each pastry. Fold over the pastry over the salmon 4. Bake 30 mins at 390F
