CRISPY CHURCH'S CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

– 1 ½ cup self rising flour – ½ cup cornstarch – 3 tsp seasoning  salt – 2 tsp paprika – ½ tsp baking soda – ½ cup biscuit mix – 1 envelope Italian seasoning

INGREDIENTS, CONT.

– 1 envelope onion soup mix – 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces – 2 eggs – ¼ cup cold water – Vegetable oil for frying

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Prepare the coating in a deep dish. Whisk the eggs and water in a bowl 2. Dip chicken in egg then dry mix 3. Fry chicken in oil until crispy 4. Bake chicken for 10-15 mins at 350F
