CAJUN CRAB BALLS

INGREDIENTS

For the Crab Balls: – 8 oz crab meat – 1 large egg – ½ cup mayonnaise – 1 tbsp dijon mustard – 1 tsp fresh lemon juice – 2 tbsp green onions – 2 tbsp finely red onion – 1/2 tsp paprika

INGREDIENTS, CONT.

– 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning – ¾ tsp kosher salt – ¼ tsp black pepper – pinch cayenne pepper – ½ cup panko bread crumbs – Oil for frying

For the Cajun Remoulade: – ½ cup mayonnaise – 2 tsp dijon mustard – 1 small garlic clove , minced – 1/2 tsp paprika – 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning

INGREDIENTS, CONT.

– 1/2 tsp lemon juice – ½ tsp worcestershire sauce – ½ tsp hot sauce – 1 tsp minced fresh parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine the ingredients to make the crab mixture 2. Form 8 crab balls and fry each in oil over medium-high heat until brown 3. Prepare the sauce
