CHIPOTLE LIME CHICKEN RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

– 4 chicken Breasts – 2 tbsp honey – 1 can chipotle peppers – 1 tbsp garlic powder – 1 tbsp onion powder – 1 lime zested and juiced – 1 tsp salt, pepper – ¼ cup olive oil

Step 1

Slice the chicken breasts lengthwise to create 2 thinner fillets. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl.

Mash the peppers and whisk. Add the chicken and toss well to cover in the marinade. Cover and let sit for 30 minutes, or marinate in the fridge for 12-24 hours.

Step 3

Place a non-stick pan or heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add three of the chicken fillets and cook for 4 minutes per side until slightly charred and cooked thoroughly.
