CHICKEN TORTELLINI ALFREDO

INGREDIENTS

– 2 large chicken breasts, thinly sliced into bite sized pieces. – ½ tsp salt – ½ tsp pepper – ½ tsp garlic powder – ½ tsp paprika – 2 tbsp olive oil – 2 tbsp butter

SAUCE INGREDIENTS

– ½ cup cherry tomatoes – 2 tbsp flour – 1 cup chicken broth – 1 cup heavy cream – 1 cup parmesan cheese  – 1 tsp red pepper flakes – ½ tsp oregano – 1 bag tortellini

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Season and cook the chicken in a pan. Set aside 2. Cook the tomatoes in butter and garlic. Build the sauce with broth and cream 3. Add tortellini and chicken. Stir and serve
