– 1 green papaya
– 6 cups chicken broth
– 2 teaspoons of fish sauce
– 1 bunch of Bok Choy, chopped into 1 inch pieces
– ¼ cup chopped scallions
– Steamed white rice
1. Cook the chicken, garlic, ginger, and onion in oil
2. Add broth, papaya, and fish sauce. Boil for 10 mins
3. Add bok choy. Simmer for 10 mins
4. Add scallions and serve with rice
