– 4 ounces mozzarella
– 1/2 cup Pecorino Romano cheese
– 2 eggs
– 1-2 cups Italian style breadcrumbs
1. Make the filling for the chicken
2. Season, stuff, and roll the chicken in breadcrumbs
3. Bake at 375F for 35mins
4. Make the sauce and pour over chicken. Broil for 5 mins
