CHICKEN POT PIE WITH BISCUITS

INGREDIENTS

– 2 tbsp butter – celery and onion – 3 tbsp flour – 1 cup stock – ¾ cup milk – 1 tbsp mustard – ½ tsp dried thyme – ½ tsp garlic powder – 2 chicken – frozen veggies – 10oz. biscuit dough

Step 1

Cook the veggies with flour. Add milk, stock, mustard, and seasonings in a skillet.

Once combined, add chicken and veggies to skillet. Mix to combine, then top with the biscuits.

Add the biscuits on top and then bake the pot pie for 25 minutes at 375°F.
