CHICKEN FRITTERS (WITH LEFTOVER  CHICKEN)

INGREDIENTS

– 1 ½ cups leftover shredded chicken breast, 9 oz in weight – 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened – ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese – 1 egg

INGREDIENTS, CONT.

– 2 tbsp all purpose flour – 12 tsp garlic powder – ¼ tsp onion powder – ¼ tsp black pepper – ½ tsp salt, optional – 1 tbsp olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Shred the leftover rotisserie chicken 2. Combine with remaining ingredients 3. Add a portion of the mixture to a pan and flatten to make a fritter 4. Cook each for 2-4 mins until brown.
