CHICKEN CORNELL

INGREDIENTS

– 2 cups cider vinegar – 1 cup neutral oil – 1 large egg – 2 salt – 1tbsp poultry seasoning – ½ tsp ground black pepper – 1 whole chicken, cut in half (3 to 3½ lbs)

Air Fryer Method: 1. Prepare marinade and marinate the chicken for 4 hours 2. Cook the chicken in an air fryer for 40-50 mins at 350F 3. Add a foil bowl with charcoal during final 15 mins

Grill Method: 1. Prepare marinade and marinate the chicken for 4 hours 2. Grill chicken over direct heat 3. Brush with marinade and move to indirect heat 4. Continue turning and grilling
