INGREDIENTS FOR THE CHICKEN

– 1 lb chicken breast – ½ cup dill pickle juice – 1 tsp salt & pepper – 1 tsp garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder – 1 tbsp olive oill

Place chicken cubes in a bowl and cover with dill pickle juice. Let marinate in the fridge for 1 hour to tenderize and flavor the chicken.

Drain the pickle juice and pat chicken pieces dry. Combine seasonings in a small bowl. Sprinkle over chicken and toss to coat evenly.
