CHEDDAR CHIVE BISCUITS

INGREDIENTS

– 1/2 cup cold buttermilk – 4 tablespoons melted butter, plus one more for brushing – 1 cup all-purpose flour, more for counter – 1/2 teaspoon sugar – 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

– 1 teaspoon baking powder – 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt – 1/2 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese – 1/8 cup finely sliced fresh chives

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine the dry ingredients 2. Add buttermilk and butter to form dough 3. Knead dough and cut into biscuits 4. Add biscuits to prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 mins at 425F
