BREADED ORANGE ROUGHY RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

For the Marinade: – 4 orange roughy fillet pieces, 3-4 oz each – 4 garlic cloves, minced – ¼ cup lemon juice – 2 tsp cumin powder – 1 tsp salt

– 1 cup flour – 1 cup bread crumbs – ½ tsp old bay seasoning – ½ tsp paprika – 1 egg, whisked – 1 tbsp yellow mustard -- Vegetable oil for frying

1. Prepare the marinade and marinate the fish for 30 mins 2. Prepare the breading station and bread each filet 3. Deep fry the filets in hot oil for 3-4 mins on each side
