– 2 tbsp olive oil – 1 lb ground beef – 1 medium onion, diced – 1 carrot, diced – 1 celery stalk, diced – 3 garlic cloves, minced

– ½ cup tomato paste – 4 cups beef stock – 4 cups water – 1 lb straight cut macaroni – 1 cup Romano cheese, grated – Salt and pepper to taste

1. Brown the beef and set aside 2. Saute the vegetables and build the sauce 3. Blend the mixture and bring to a boil 4. Add the noodles and beef and stir
