CHICKEN INASAL

INGREDIENTS

– 6 chicken legs – ½ cup soy sauce – 3 tbsp oyster sauce – 2 tbsp lemon juice – 2 tbsp ginger, grated – 8 garlic cloves, crushed and roughly chopped – 1 tbsp brown sugar

INGREDIENTS, CONTINUED

– 2 tbsp avocado oil – 1 tbsp annatto powder – ½ tsp salt – 1 tsp black pepper – 4 lemon grass stalks – 1 lemon, sliced from the lemon you squeezed earlier – 200ml sprite

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Whisk the marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Add lemongrass and lemon sliced 2. Stir in Sprite 3. Marinate chicken in sauce for 30 minutes 4. Bake chicken for 35-45 mins at 400F
